Waukesha Web Designer Closing it’s Doors

Let’s face it the articles here have been few and far between from the get go, fact is I never expected things to take off quite so well when I first broke out on my own a few short months ago. So it is with great regret that I now close the doors to WaukeshaWebDesigner.com…but wait that does not mean that my work is done here. The doors are closed but I am still holed up very securely in the dusty shadows of this old building and will coninue to work until the tips of my fingers are old and word (sorry that is in the spirit of the coming Haloween) What I mean to say is that although Waukesha Web Designer never really had a fighting chance, Papertree Design is still alive and kicking with a very nice new shiny building on the way, and our doors are always [...]

There is a lot that goes into developing a successful website and creating a positive client relationship. As I venture off on my own looking to take on new clients I am constant adding to and reforming my process for getting that relationship started off on the right foot. As I am learning then so should you… the potential client. What follows is a list of questions I find very helpful during my initial discussion with a potential client. For those of you who are on the client side, take a minute to imagine how you might answer these questions and for those of you in the early stages of your career consider how these questions might help you.

You have come to the conclusion that your business might benefit from having an online presence and you are now faced with the task of figuring out how that might be done.
